Payment Information
Rents are due on the first of each month. After the 5th of the month a late charge of $50 will be assessed. Personal checks, money orders, and debit cards are acceptable forms of payment. A $50 fee will be assessed for all returned personal checks. After a personal check is returned, only money order, cashier's check, or debit card will be accepted for rental payment for a period of one year. Payments should be made payable to Anacostia River Realty Property Management. Payments will be accepted during normal business hours Monday - Friday 9am-5pm in management offices.
